📞 Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach to facilitate successful property transactions. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Interaction: Identify and engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their property requirements.
✅ Property Consultation: Provide clients with expert advice on property options that align with their preferences and investment goals.
✅ Site Visits & Viewings: Conduct property viewings and site visits, showcasing properties to potential clients.
✅ Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals successfully.
✅ Legal & Documentation: Assist clients with documentation, ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
✅ After-Sales Service: Provide after-sales services, including move-in assistance, maintenance, and property management support.
✅ Lead Management: Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and generate referrals.
📝 Requirements:
🔹 Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar sales role in Dubai’s real estate market.
🔹 Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
🔹 Motivated & Target-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
🔹 Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate trends and regulations.
🔹 Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, etc.) is a plus.
🔹 Age Requirement: 22 to 33 years.
